Terms of service
Effective 2026-10-19. These terms apply when you use Younna, including this site, the waitlist and the app.
Who provides Younna
Younna is run by the Younna team ("we"). Write to support@younna.ai with any question about these terms or your account, and to privacy@younna.ai with any privacy request, deletion included. What Younna collects, including its analytics with PostHog, is set out in the privacy notice.
Who may use it
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and able to agree to these terms. If you use Younna for an organization, you agree for it and confirm you may do so.
Acceptable use
Do not use Younna to break the law, to harm, deceive or harass anyone, or to break the terms of a service Younna connects to. Do not try to get around its limits or access controls, probe or overload it, reach other people's data, or resell access without our written agreement. Do not build apps that manipulate markets or help anyone do so.
The waitlist and the beta
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access. Younna is in beta: features change, break or go away, and data may be lost. We do not promise that the service will be available, on time or free of errors, and we may admit, pause or stop it for anyone.
Your content and apps
What you write, upload or build in Younna stays yours. You give us the permission we need to store, run and show it so the service works, including to people you share it with. You are responsible for your content and apps, and for having the rights to what you put in them. We may remove content or stop an app that breaks these terms.
Third-party services
Younna relies on other companies, and their own terms apply when you use them through Younna:
- OpenAI: you can sign in with ChatGPT so the agent uses your own OpenAI plan. OpenAI's terms and usage policies apply to that use.
- Market data sources: prices, news and other market data come from exchanges, venues and data providers we do not control.
- Billing through Stripe and Autumn is not live. Younna charges nothing today; before it does, these terms will be updated.
We are not responsible for what those services do, or for their availability.
No investment advice
Younna is a tool for building your own software. Nothing in it, or in an app you build, is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Market data is provided as is: it may be late, incomplete or wrong. Check anything that matters before you act on it. Trading decisions and their results are yours.
Limitation of liability
Younna is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including trading losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim about Younna is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and CAD $100. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Ending your use
You may stop using Younna at any time, and ask us to delete your account or waitlist entry by writing to privacy@younna.ai. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering Younna.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The new version is posted on this page with its effective date. If you keep using Younna after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes go to the courts of Ontario, Canada.
