Billing questions
- What does it cost?
- Free is free and Pro is $29 a month, in US dollars. The table above compares plan limits.
- How do I pay?
- You do not pay yet. Younna charges nothing during early access. When paid plans open, you will pay by card through Stripe, run by Autumn, and Younna will never see your card.
- How do I change or cancel my plan?
- During early access there is nothing to change or cancel. Everyone is on Free. When paid plans open, you will change or cancel yours from the Plan page in Younna.
- What happens when I downgrade or cancel?
- When paid plans open, you will keep your old plan's terms for 7 days. Nothing will be deleted, and every app will still open. After that, creating new apps will be refused while you own more apps than your plan allows.
- How do passes work?
- Passes are not on sale yet. When they are, a pass will be a one-time purchase that starts when you buy it and ends after its duration, with no subscription to cancel.
- Are taxes included?
- Nothing is charged during early access. When paid plans open, prices will exclude tax, and tax will be added at checkout where it applies once Younna turns tax collection on.
- Do I get a refund?
- Nothing is charged during early access, so there is nothing to refund. When paid plans open, a period that has already started will not be refunded, and canceling will stop the next charge. A pass will not be refunded once it has started.
